Swansea Arts Weekend
October 2025:
Printmaking Workshop
Swansea arts weekend is a free vibrant celebration of the culture of creativity in Swansea. My drop in session was a fun and creative space to develop some simple printmaking skills that can be applied to textiles.
Palestinian Festival of Culture and Film:
May 2025:
Printmaking Workshop
A festival of tradition and resistance, In this workshop I encouraged participants to be inspired by Palestinian Tatreez embroidery motifs to create their own block printed Palestinian flag/ textiles.
February 2024:
Sensory Sketchbook Workshop
My Voice Matters was hosted in the National Waterfront Museum. It was a hub of support and awareness for children and young peoples mental health and wellbeing. As part of this event I hosted a drop in activity where participants could create their own sensory sketchbooks

September 2023:
Lino print Workshop
I hosted a drop in lino printing on textiles workshop, taking place in the drop in space in the Quadrant shopping centre in Swansea. Using my lino block designs, participants learnt how to print make onto fabrics. The aim was to use the workshop to introduce participants into the heritage practices of textile print making.

Calan DVS
Collagraph Printing:
Hosted in Neath at a local community centre. Calan DVS is one of the largest domestic abuse charities in Wales that are committed to supporting those who are affected by domestic abuse. This workshop aimed at improving the wellbeing of young children through creative development in a supportive space.
Whizz Kids
Tie dye and block printing:
Hosted in the waterfront museum for Whizz kids an organisation that provides opportunities for young wheelchair users through services which create confidence-building activities that give young people the skills and tools to be more independent. In this workshop we explored tie dye process to decorate whizz kids tote bags as well as block printing to decorate them further.
Local Aid
Mural Painting:
Hosted in their friends of the young disabled building in Swansea, This workshop was tailored for young people with ALN and disabilities. I assisted participants in painting elements for their space themed mural which was to be on display in their building.
Platform
Ceramics and Plaster casting:
Platform are a organisation based in Swansea that support children and young people with their mental health and wellbeing. I taught a series of workshops in printmaking and plastercasting to their youth group. These sessions aimed to showcase new creative techniques for participants to express their creativity.
Indian Society of Wales
Mod roc and Abstract Painting:
I worked with the Indian Soicety of Wales to provide a series of workshops for their young people.
We painted a series of paintings to be connecting in with Elysium's BEEP Children's Painting Prize.
Together we responded to different types of music to create abstract outcomes.

I regularly host creative workshops at the Mission Gallery that focus on developing skills and providing a space for creative aspirations to come to life. Some examples of workshops include, Felting, Printmaking, Painting, Shadow Puppets, handmade paper, cyanotypes and many many more.
ALN Quiet Sessions
A tailored workshop:
These activities are designed to accommodate any participants with autism or additional learning needs. They feature a personalised and flexible version my workshops. I can work with community groups and individuals to tailor the workshop to be suitable to the needs of participants. I firmly believe everybody deserves access to the arts and a space to express creativity.
Whether you are celebrating a very special milestone birthday or need a reason to get together with friends and family. I will ensure the day at the Mission Gallery is filled with fun and creativity in.
Whether that is immersing yourself in paint and clay, or learning a new skill such as printmaking, it’s up to you! With the added option of a goodie bag filled with high quality art materials to take away, your artistic journey can continue long after the workshop ends.

Art After Dark:
Digital Textiles:
I assited in the delivery of UWTSD’s Art after dark programme. Showing participants how to develop their art work into repeat designs using digital software’s such as Photoshop. Participants learnt how to gather research, create designs and develop their cad skills.
Projects:
From House to Home: Crisis
Screen printing workshop:
I assisted in delivering a screen-printing workshop for participants from crisis. Crisis is a charity that supports those affected by the issues surrounding homelessness and living coniditon’s. In this workshop participants developed drawings and mark makings in screen printed designs. Which I helped assist them in learning how to screen print, through mixing up screen ink and placing onto designs. Participants expressed how much confidence they had gained from a project that focused of creativity.
A community partnership:
Mission Gallery delivered Criw Celf West annually for children in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot. Students who successfully enrolled on this project took part in 5 master classes- taking place on a Saturday or Sunday. Each led by a professional artist with the opportunity to use high-end, specialist equipment..
The youth programme was artist facilitated and young person lead, and ran from March 2023- June 2023. I was recruited by Mission Gallery based on being a previous Raising the bar alumni. I assisted in connecting the group with a professional artist, designing the creative activities helped to mentor the young girls at Eyst in developing their creative practice.
Criw Celf: EYST : Ethnic Youth Minority Support Team-Youth Girls Group
Connect: Chinese in Wales Association and EYST
A community partnership:
Connect/Cysylltu is a partnership project between Mission Gallery, The Chinese in Wales Association and The Ethnic Minorities and Youth Support Team. I had the pleasure of developing the programme and assisting the delivery of this project. Combining onsite and offsite workshops, the sessions were a platform for creative development and improving social interaction, mental health, and wellbeing. Participants had the opportunity to try their hands at different mediums and work closely with a range of highly skilled professional artists. The work they have created was displayed in an exhibition and is a testament to the joy of creativity and the talent here in Swansea.
Aircraft interiors:
I worked as an intern at Metal Seagulls based in Haverfordwest. Under the guidance of the inspirational Patricia Mawuli Porter OBE and Jonathan Porter. I helped to spear head the development of their aircraft seating and interiors, working to uphold their values of Diverse Geometry Inclusivity and sustainability. Researching and training in areas of CAD Design as well as networking with RAF officers, It was a truly valuable experience.
